The Pink Entry

Last Wednesday was Pink day...well BARBIE day. She is coming up with new basics and all of them were black. :) Our sister company, Charter International (owner of SHUBIZZ), provided the shoes for the mini fashion show. I was tasked to style five ladies and (the typical me) unsure of things at the beginning but then I excitedly accept the challenge to gain knowledge and of course experience of what it feels like to be backstage. It was pretty easy because everything was layed-out for me and I didn't even have to pull some strings. ;) It was such a joy to see pink everywhere. Anyways, let me show you some photos from the event.

I've been in a fashion event but it's a different angle when you're behind...
the long hours of waiting for everything to be done and perfect.
I clearly enjoyed everything and I hope I can do this again... ;)

House of Laurel's SCI-FI Collection

My last trip to the House of Laurel is just breathtaking. Every time I enter the store it feels magical and exciting. As everybody knows by now, Miadore sits comfortably in the store and every month I get to check out their new collection and this one is far from basic but certainly straightforward. I took a few snaps while I was pulling out stocks. ;)

MIADORE on Tongue in CHIC

Remember the first time I was in TONGUE in CHIC!?! Never in my wildest dreams that I could be nominated for a style award, I mean common, with the marvelous Andre Chang and Jujiin Samonte...Hala!? The person to thank for I believe is my friend TIN IGLESIAS. I have known Tin for quite some time... it was just refreshing to meet her the first time! Check out her blog here!

She contributes to the online magazine TONGUE in CHIC which is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is a platform that brings together a community of writers from Asia and share their city's newest in fashion, shopping and entertainment. They also create a buzz for young fashion designers, photographers, makeup and hair artists, stylists, illustrators and talents all trying to make their mark.
